We require at least 1-3 private lessons prior to joining any classes and offer a great introductory package to get you started:

If you're rehabbing from an injury, or have chronic pain issues, private sessions are a great place to start. Our expert instructors will introduce you to the equipment and help you navigate any modifications you need. Private lessons allow us to assess how YOUR body moves, and where we create a personalized program that’s right for you to progress in your practice and attend to your specific goals. Private sessions use the full array of Pilates apparatus. Private sessions are designed to fit the needs of the individual and are the best way to learn Pilates correctly.
Our group classes are limited in size to ensure quality instruction and corrections as needed. Classes are a fun, energetic and more affordable way to do more Pilates! Classes increase your fitness and stamina with flowing movement while still moving with integrity. We offer a variety of classes both on the mat and the equipment. We do require all new clients to The Method to take at least 3 private sessions prior to joining a class to ensure a safe and effective experience. We offer group classes at a variety of levels, the more advanced classes require instructor approval.
These classes incorporate Reformer, Tower and Low Chair. The class may be on just one of those apparatus the entire time, or a combination. Mix classes can also be taught in a circuit style manner incorporating additional apparatus.
Open Studio gives you time to build autonomy in your Pilates practice; it is self guided, not a structured class. Whether working on specific correctives or just want to get an extra workout in, during open studio all apparatus is available for your use as is a teacher to oversee, give corrections, partner and give a stretch. Minimum 10 private lessons required.
Simply you and the floor…. and the hardest! An amazing workout you can take anywhere. Taught sometimes with small props and aids like balls, magic circles and light weights.

All sessions are 50 minutes.
Not every class is a good fit for every person. Be mindful of the level of class that you are signing up for. When in doubt, please check in with us to make sure a class is right for you.
For those who are still new to the Pilates Method but feel ready to start a group format. In these classes you are taught how to use the equipment safely and how to make proper modifications for your body.
This level class is appropriate when familiar with the Method and comfortable with the equipment. In these classes you will be learning the next level of repertoire and gain even more strength with new challenges.
In these groups the pace will pick up a bit and you should be able to modify or know how to push yourself harder when needed. A greater level of self awareness and strength is required.
Individuals at this level are very comfortable utilizing all the equipment, know how to modify the exercises for themselves if needed and are ready for a greater challenge with a flowing pace.
Hard and challenging! Even faster pace, and more choreography. More balance and strength required. Instructor approval required.
